1) If no picture shows, maybe your converer has been out of power, please use a power supply which is above 500ma.
2) If no picture shows, please check whether your device is one of the resolution shows about. If not, please adjust the resolution of your device to one of them.
3) Please note this converter can not support dongle, do not support Wifi Display TV Dongle Receiver.
4) If only shows up in black and white, please adjust the NTSC\PAL button on it. Make the standard of TV same as this converter.
